Studying Project Management Post Grad - is this good enough to get to residency?

Study Permit

Hi I have recently posted here about different immigration options, and right now studying my post grad and then getting a work permit (hopefully residency thereafter) seems like the best option I am studying business management in South africa right now as my bachelor's degree, and I will be graduating at the end of next year. I would like to maybe study in 2027 in Canada, but more likely only in 2028 as I will get some experience here, and build up some savings to hopefully be able to get that study permit I am looking at a Project Management post grad at Sheridan, as I've seen that business is quite saturated and won't be nearly as good as everyone does it. Or is this one also not in demand or not worth doing for the goal of moving to Canada? With a business bachelor's, what can be the better post grad options to get jobs with the work permit, if any? The whole idea of immigrating and getting a job there is so daunting, but has been a long goal of mine. And my girlfriend and her family recently had the opportunity to move there, so I'm even more motivated to get there myself, so any advice will be amazing
