I hope they don’t put Chopper’s gags into the show

Him hiding the wrong way was cute, but the others just felt a bit… odd. Him falling down and requesting a doctor only to realize he is one himself felt a little too much on the nose and a bit awkward in the live action scene.

Similar feeling towards the cutesy dance chopper did towards the end. That gag was suppose to show Chopper being overwhelmed by praise, but the dance was a little awkward and it didn’t hit the same as in the manga.

I think the overall design and the mannerisms are done well. I just hope they aren’t too hell-bent on translating everything on to the show, because some gags might feel a bit forced or out of place.
