Sleeping after sex and after MDMA

I pass out instantly after sex. My wife it like energizes her and she's wide awake after.

I sleep like a baby after rolling, it's so easy and pleasant to drift off (say 6-7hrs after dropping). My wife is wired for hours longer and struggles to fall asleep.

Is there any connection here? Like something about how our brain chemistry responds after pleasure/euphoria? Sorry if this is really dumb lol.
