Help needed with motion activated lights

The Setup

I have 2 motion activated bulbs.

My Setup is

Bulb 1: Alexa app, Tapo T100 motion centre and a LampUX Bathroom light

Bulb 2: Alexa app, Tapo T100 motion centre and a Philips Hue white bulb

I have set 2 Alexa routines they both do the same but for their respective bulbs.

When "X sensor detects motion" (any time):

Power ON bulb to 30% brightness.

Wait 10 minutes.

Power OFF Bulb.

The Problem

Sometime this works. More often what is happening is the bulb comes on for a few seconds, then turns off. Then does the same again if further motion is detected, ov er and over. Coming on and off over and over.

The Alexa App logs show the bulbs coming on and off

Any help would be much appreciated, thanks.
