I don't drive, I don't ride, I'm not good at conversing, I have social anxiety and I'm broke. Where should I start ?

I'm 23 yet I don't even know how to ride a bike.. I'm too shy to ask a friend to teach me and no I don't have a bike at home.. recently I have been reserved by the dating idea.. I never had a gf my entire life and I think I'm wasting my good times.. I don't have enough money to throw a party or anything.. I don't have a job to begin with.. I don't even have the guts to approach a girl.. kinda need your help.. guide me as you wish
