Looking for space games that are simulator-like and relaxing, but not too mentally taxing

Basically games that play like PowerWash Simulator the more recent 'A Game About Digging A Hole' - with a super simple core mechanic, but in a space setting.

Any candidates?

Thanks for sharing anything that comes to mind!
