Did anyone else have this bug?

I was racing in career when my engineer told to change the strategy, I thought it was part of the game so I last minute jumped in the pit wall (almost literaly) but a few rounds after he told me to pit for a different set of tyres but my stops were completed and later I won the race without penalty.
