Head high not much body

Been taking 70h for about 3 months. When I dose I really get a head high from it pinned pupils and kinda tired and spacy but im more looking for that body high warm blanket feeling. Trying to figure out why that is. Maybe a dehydration issue maybe im lacking something that helps transport it through my body im sure there are many factors just wondering if anyone feels the same or has any good tips on what I should try. Also notice that if I actually take it about 20min after I eat I feel it more
