2017 Ford Explorer Sport White Smoke from Exhaust

My car has had this issue for over a year now. It car randomly blows medium white smoke that smells like fuel from the exhaust on start up or heavy acceleration. It’s also randomly blown thick white smoke on acceleration. It doesn’t happen every time. It’s also throwing code P0157 intermittently for the o2 sensor. My gas mileage seems bad, but these cars have terrible mileage to begin with. Seemingly no issues with acceleration. My oil and coolant are also perfectly fine. No problems there so I’m thinking it’s not a head gasket. Any ideas? Appreciate it.
