There's this buzzing sound coming from somewhere

There's something odd about my mic. It's an Anko Gaming Microphone with RGB, and I've been hearing a buzzing sound coming from my voice meteer even when it's turned off. My parents bought me this mic, and I don't exactly have any cash to get a better microphone or equipment to enhance the quality. Is there any other solutions to this?

I have a meeting later and I need to get this fixed asap. I've also seen someone recommending downloading Realtek to get an enhancements feat but I'm not sure about it yet especially since my laptop is a Windows 11 while the files seem to only be for Windows 10 and such.
