Automated list building and email reach out for SAAS

Hi guys,

I’m looking to automate list building / email reach outs to potential users of my app and wondered if there were any recommendations of platforms to use?

I’ve used Clay AI a little but wondering if there’s anything better out there?

Side note, I will have other marketing to complement this but I’d like a machine running at the top of funnel.
