Over medicated

I had subclincial hypothyroidism due to which I was prescribed 50 mcg Levo, I was on it for a few months before I got my blood test done and my TSH was down to 0.02, I am now on a lower dose, but at work I have been feeling very socially anxious not being able to speak up properly , low mood , and also stammering, anyone experienced this when over medicated or when hyper?
