Used goodies and rare cats

First of all i’m sorry if the question has already been asked, I tried looking but maybe I haven’t used the right words. Do rare cats still come if goodies are used (but fixed)? I struggle getting Ramses and he hasnt come since the pyramid tent broke and I fixed it, but it may be out of luck. Thank you for answering!
