Any Ethical Hackers Here?

I have a request. I just need to find who is behind a fake account that abused my mom and my sister. Its a group of girls on the other side. They have crossed all limits with their harassment and they are hiding behind their veil of anonymity, thinking no one can find them. Pls help me internet. Pls help me teach these bullies a lesson that karma exists.
