Is my cat purring wierd or am i tweaking

He's roughly 9~11 years old no previous health issues a little overweight but active i think he's been a little more hyperactive but I haven't seen him in a few days so maybe that's just it besides he's always been active I dunno I just saw sum tik tok that scared me don't know if it's weird or not no changes in his diet either
