Launcher to turn phone into a console (like Daijisho)?

Hi, I have an old phone and a telescopic controller lying around and I want to turn it into a streaming/emulation console. As such I would like to put on a launcher with controller and game centric controls (for example like the Daijisho launcher). I like Daijisho but I wonder if there are other such launchers available as well?
