Help with tech/internet/bluetooth

Does anyone know about Bluetooth devices and internet issues? I have an app and it picks up over 100 Bluetooth devices, I block them and more repopulate. They all have a signal strength of 0dbm. My devices have been hacked and accounts and I'm wondering if this has anything to do with it or if it means anything at all. Thanks!!
