I’m so scared!!! Test today

I’ve got this new twitch near my collarbone and neck down to my left arm. This is the arm that’s weak to me.

Last night I had diazapam and it completely stopped ALL foot activity.

However my calf felt like it was on an electrical charge. Anyone experienced that.

I was able to sleep on my left because the foot twitching has gone. Left has been hard since Feb when I got the flu.

However when woke twice, I tried to use my left arm to get up. It felt like it was paralysed. Trying to used, lift it into the air, I couldn’t do, I had to sort of yank it. Once I was up it was usable in that I can make breakfast ect and I could lift a 5kg box in the air even though it was harder than the right side and a little shake:

I felt that in my thoracic areas in between my spine and muscles. Lifting, makes me feel something there.

I also noticed when I scrunch my toes on the left down and curl, my foot as stopped trembling and shaking. I feels stronger even though there has been more activity with twitching and weirdness.

I tested yesterday on steps and I can do single calf raises on a step with one foot up.

I’m guessing it means the calf muscles are all working?

I don’t know what to make of my arm, this is my biggest concern. I don’t know if it’s coming from my upper arm, back, shoulder, neck? Is there at way of checking my arm and areas around are ok before the test? I had wondered about thoracic outlet, or trapped nerves in the neck area.xx
