Can copyright claim hamper monetization

I am at 850 subs. I have completed 4000 hours, but most of it were from a single video that in itself garnered 4k hours. However, that video has a copyright claim to it (not strike, but claim). Do you think it will stop my channel being monetized when I get to 1000 subs?
