What are some issues my relationship might face when my partner goes on estrogen? Uncertainty is kinda anxiety provoking.

I've been with trans people who were on hormones for years and years, or completely pre-everything but I'm anxious about this because it is essentially like a second puberty. I helped my partner accept their transness and feel safe enough for transition.

My concerns are:

What if my partner isn't into me anymore?

What if our relationship changes?

What if their smell changes to a point I can't identify them by it anymore?

What about their emotional mood swings?

It's the uncertainty that worries me. It's a big change. Once someone's been on hormones for years, you know exactly how they are, what they're into, how their body changed but I guess my partner is like a suprise box, I'll get what I get.
