*uck the Trolley probelm
So, the film starts with the camera tracking on a track (lol I just wanted to write that). It reveals a straight track and then a curved one then the lever to change direction. The first thing popped in my head was the trolley problem and the red car zoomed past it (horizontally cutting the tracks) somewhat saying "f*ck the trolley problem. not 1. not 5. but everyone dies"
Then at the end we come back to the same tracks. again the car zoomes past. and what happens? the train literally derails and kills everyone; reinforcing the idea-- fu*k the trolley problem.
(Also the film has the trolley problem in it when they discussed about cheating death but they didn't explore it much except for that baby joke. again. saying fuc* the trolley problem. okay that was a reach but did you notice the asterisk?)
