Possible reason for rent reduction?

I rent a rented apartment in Berlin and at the start of this month the washing machine stopped working. The washing machine is included in the contract. I let my landlord know and he ordered a new one with a 2-3 week delivery date, which is already a long time to be without one but I was happy to use a laundromat in this time. I got an update today that the delivery is delayed for another 1-2 weeks, leaving me without a washing machine for at least a month. Is this a possible reason to ask for a small reduction of rent to cover laundromat costs? How should I approach this?
