I ordered from sungsinsa’s website and haven’t gotten any updates

So basically 2 weeks ago I ordered alien stage plushies from Sungsinsa‘s website and I added my email and phone number but I didn’t receive any confirmation email or text message after doing so. last week I contacted them sending my order number and stuff but I haven’t gotten an update for anything so I’m doubting it’s actually safe. does anyone know what I can do?? I didn’t wanna make a big deal posting about it but idk if I’m ever gonna get this order unless I do
