Questions about I-130 and I-485 Filling Together.

I have already applied for my wife in April 2024 but I didn't know anything about I-485. I was keep tracking my status/updates from other people posting their approval and some applied together. I see People getting approved for month March and next is approval. My few questions. 1. Was I suppose to apply together? 2. Can it be done now while this is in the process? 3. How long does it take if I apply after she comes here? 4. Or once she gets the approval then apply so they both can be done at the same time while is she is on her way to be here in USA. 5. What's the best way to do it?
