Legerdemain Outfit Change

wanting to analyse a character by putting them into an EGO, but considering that the only point of reference i have is literally just the base id of gregor overgrown with branches... i'm kind of stuck between going wild or making it the same (original outfit)

i want to make the outfit different (rocking it hard with royalty themes, for this instance), but i also want to make it an accurate EGO still - i'd like some analysis on why gregor still has his original outfit? maybe something to do with not entirely accepting it because of what it did? in this case, the one the character i'm working with doesn't have that association.
