Freelance HP Work

Hi everyone,

I'm just graduating with my Masters in Historic Preservation (bad time, I know) and am starting to job hunt.

I met someone a while back who said they did freelance work doing Historic Preservation tax credit consulting. I was wondering if anyone had more info on this line of work and how to get into it.

My personal situation right now is a little peculiar, so the flexibility of freelancing would work out way better for me than a standard 9-5.
