Looking for Advice for a Newbie Switch Player

I’m excited to start playing Street Fighter 6! I pre-ordered it with my Switch 2, but I’m looking for some advice to help me get into the game. I’m a fighting game newbie, having only played Smash and Dragon Fighterz. I’ve heard that this is the hardest fighting series, so I’m looking for some guidance.

I don’t have a Discord, but I did see the newbie Discord in the toolbar.
