Should I move in with my best friend or keep living alone?

Okay I really need help with this one because both options have major pros and cons and I’m seriously torn.

My best friend just asked if I want to move in with her. We’ve been super close for years and always talked about being roommates “someday” and now it’s actually possible. Rent would be cheaper and we genuinely get along great.

BUT I’ve been living alone for a year now and I’ve really started to love the independence and peace that comes with it. I don’t have to check in with anyone or worry about someone else’s mood or mess.

I’m scared that moving in could mess up our friendship if we end up clashing over small stuff. But I’m also lowkey excited about the idea of late night talks and shared dinners again.

So Reddit… do I move in with my bestie or stay solo and keep my space? I’ll go with whatever the majority decides. Be brutally honest with me.
