S22 Ultra Mobile data not working in Dex mode

I am trying to use Dex for the first time. I have connected my S22 Ultra to a hub, then from hub to monitor. The phone display is showing on the monitor. But when I try to open an app or Chrome, the mobile data connection disconnects. How can I resolve this?
