BPI TXN FAILED BUT CHARGED TO MY CREDIT LIMIT

Someone help me po baka may same experience po ako dito. I purchased item po online (Rustan's) but the transaction did not go through however I was charged. The merchant also confirmed that the transaction was unsuccesful. Then I tried again to check out -- this time succesful na sya. I still have 2 transaction was deducted in my credit limit po.I have called BPI already and was told transaction still not posted on their end. Question po-- babalik naman po yung amount sa credit limit na hindi successful? Just want to get reassurance lang.🥺
