What is the use of ews rank in jee mains score card?

My jee mains rank is 2,99,700 (yeah ik not that great) and my ews rank is 42720 ( dk how the drastic difference ).. my home state is madhya pradesh.. Can i get into a college through ews rank?? I researched a bit and found on the official mpdte site the opening and closing ranks of previous year and now i am confused whether the rank in ews category is the gen ews rank or the CRL??

I was convinced that it was gen ews rank and acc to previous year i could get cs or it in IET DAVV indore.. But some people around me confused me into thinking it was CRL.. And now idk and i need assurance on what that means.. So if anybody who is currently applying or is in a college through mpdte counseling.. I would really like a suggestion
