Post-Cancer, My ADHD is Unmanageable - Looking for Med-Supportive Psychiatrist Near Indiranagar, Bangalore

I’ve lived with ADHD for 35 years, managing it naturally with diet, mindfulness, journaling, etc. But after a tough year battling cancer, everything fell apart—my focus is gone, even writing basic emails feels impossible. I’m not on any meds currently, not even for cancer—just multivitamins.

I think it’s finally time I try ADHD medication, but the doctor I saw just gave the usual “try journaling” advice. I need someone who understands the situation and won’t shy away from prescribing meds if needed.
