Adding Seperate Claims

Did I mess up? I have a claim in for Migraine increase and is currently at step 7. Yesterday I put a claim in for MH increase (both rated separtely and not related) and today they closed my MH claim. I also noticed that the Migraine claim now also lists my MH claim. Are they just combining them and going to start over? Did I mess up by not waiting? Thanks for all the help!
