I got a code and it’s not working

I signed up for a show last week and got my code texted to me from laylo — easy peasy. Well the code isn’t working. It’s 6 numeric digits and I’ve tried it on multiple devices and it doesn’t work. If I go back into my insta inbox to have them resend it I don’t get anything new. I’ve reached out to laylo customer service but there’s a delay so wondering if anyone has any solutions!
