Xywav in combination with other drugs

So, as I posted earlier in the sub, I have been on Xywav now for over three months and have not noticed any discernible difference on the treatment. My neuro told me at our last appt that if this continues to be the case the next step would be to continue XYWAV but add back on Sunosi, which is the wakefulness drug I was using most recently before giving it up to give myself a clean slate before starting Xywav titration.

I know from doing searches that Xywav has potential interactions with a wide variety of medications; but my understanding is also that, because of the very short half-life of GHB, those interactions largely come into play if you are simultaneously dosing it with other drugs and wouldn't be much of a factor as long as other drugs are taken well before Xywav and vice versa (feel free to correct me if I am wrong or you have had different experiences).

My question to everyone else is, what drugs *other* than Sunosi have you used in combination with Xywav and what has been most effective for you if anything? I want to be prepared with options when we have our combo discussion and I am trying to set myself up for success.
