Need Help Making Rent Payment

Hi, so I have had a lot of trouble recently between my rent and landlord. Last month I was hospitalized and had to ask the nurses to send in my rent check, which resulted in it being late. This month I sent in my check a whole week earlier than usual hoping that it would be taken out of my account right after I got paid and before memorial day, but for some reason it never cleared. Now, I need to have my rent paid by the 6th or else I get another late fee, but I've had several other bills clear in that time period and I no longer have the funds for that rent check to clear. I'm about $150 short.

I currently already work 2 jobs and have been doing uber eats and instacart on the side to try and keep up, but I'm just a little behind. I'm at $561 and I need $710 to clear. The PM received my check today, so I might squeak by considering how long capital one takes to process checks, but I really don't want it to bounce.
