Why is dragon impossible to get?

Think about it, since update 24 dragon has not been in stock at all in the game, also the chance of getting it either by rolling or finding it is practically zero Furthermore, players who have it will always ask for too much. Yes, it's the most valuable fruit, but with the nerfs they put on it with the updates, they should increase its chance, right? And this forces you to buy it perm, something that I consider very stingy on the part of the admins.
