Ovarian Cysts

Hi all. I went to the er 2 weeks ago for abdominal pain and came out knowing I have an ovarian cyst. 3cm. Anyway, still cramping and I’ve had some vaginal bleeding (I’m on the IUD, I don’t have periods) does anyone have experience with ovarian cysts causing vaginal bleeding? I’m 20 and this is my first cyst so not very familiar and they didn’t explain it well.
