Working on a better way to get bug reports from customers (without having to jump on calls)
Have been working on something for a long time I'm so excited to finally share today
It's called Recording Links and they are like magic links for bug reports. You can send someone a link and it collects all the diagnostics that engineers will need to solve their issue. That way you don't need to hop on a call every time a customer has a bug.
Because, how many times have you gotten on a call to debug? TOO MANY TIMES.
I recorded this demo and really would love your thoughts – what should we add next?
