slinda & nerve/breast pain?

hi! wanted to ask if there’s anyone else that experienced the same symptoms with slinda/slynd or if this is something else entirely :”(

i’m on day 19 of my first pack of slinda, was prescribed for pmdd. around day 10-12 i noticed that i’ve been feeling pain just near my sternum and just below my right breast, something like a sunburn without any evident rash. it’s more bothersome than painful but occasionally the underside of my breast does get tender

has anyone else had a similar experience/side effect? i was wondering if this is still considered breast pain/tenderness since the packet did warn that slinda can have those symptoms
