General question about using a stylus and the Bezier Curve Tool.

I'm trying to figure out if it's possible to use the Bezier Curve Tool with a stylus because on my end when trying to double click in the same spot with a stylus it doesn't do that well just ending up with a giant mess of pixels at the end of my lines, I'm trying to figure out if there's a way to disable the double click feature or if there's a way to be able to click in the same spot accurately with a stylus.
