General Shop Strategies?

I find myself getting hung up on wanting some form of decent joker at the first shop, I don't always lean into the jokers the game gives me, so I hit new game a lot between Antes 1 and 3.

I buy a lot of packs and vouchers. I have realized that tarot cards tend to work better if you realize you have jokers that will benefit you.

However, my brick wall is getting past Ante 12 is what is stopping me.

I've been using plasma deck.

I'm trying for an economy joker, chip, mult+, and a multX.

However, it's in the shop and what to do with tarot cards and an overall better joker strategy that I'm getting lost at.

Do I ignore all vouchers and packs, focus on the shop cards themselves?

Do I work on getting to $25 and then spending money but not dropping below that?

I can pretty regularly get to Ante 12 at this point, but I need solid tips for beating it.

What vouchers, packs, skips to always go for and what ones to always ignore?
