How can I find good people to play with

Genuine question, not looking for the most gifted people but just people with some draft knowledge, can make a play or two and is able to work well as a team, I don’t know where to look or find these people does anyone have a suggestion, because even the games looking for team usually just puts me with people who tilt instantly or are just not as good as where we are in elo in my opinion. I’m mythic 1 but I peaked legendary 3 almost masters 1 (2-3 games away). Again, I’m not looking for the best players ever but I’m just wondering where I can look besides the in game feature if there is somewhere. I’m in North America East and yeah I’m one game off mythic 2
