Any indigenous Canadians use the Jay Treaty to move to the states?

I’m an indigenous Canadian in a relationship with my boyfriend who’s an American, we’ve been together for 7 months and have been looking at visas that I can apply for so I can move there in the future. Recently my cousin told me about the Jay Treaty that allows indigenous Canadians to move to the states for work and study’s without a visa or green card. We have since been doing research but I was wondering if anyone else has done this before in this subreddit?
