BA Surgery, need advice!

Hi everyone!

Just had my BA yesterday, and I know it is way too early for them to settle..

but did anyone here initially have pointy nips and felt like your implants were mostly to my side boob? Is that people mean the “fluff and drop”…

My doctor gave me the band for my chest which is helpful. and I have to start massing my breast starting tomorrow!

If anyone has any advice that would be helpful :)
