gum graft after surgery care

hello! for anyone who has had gum graft surgery how was the aftercare? i need to get it done, but I’m very nervous about how to take care of my teeth after the surgery since i’ve heard that you cannot brush/floss your teeth for the first week do you only use the prescribed mouth wash for all your teeth or brush the rest of your teeth normally and avoid the graft site?

i’d appreciate any help, thank you!
