Can't Watch Movies With Cellphones or Selfies

I can't bring myself to watch movies or TV shows featuring people video-chatting, streaming, or taking selfies. For some reason, it ruins any sense of escapism for me.

Unless I want to watch some spirit-of-the-times social commentary thing like "Adolescent" (which is the exact opposite of escapist).

Having said that, you can tell by my post that I am not a massive fan of selfie-culture, and/or influencer "culture".
