Idk if its really a support thing but official "Xbox" Reddit says i have to Ask here

So i own an Xbox one x ans cyberpunk 2077, i just don't understand how does the cloud gaming using owned games work with cyberpunk 77. On Xbox its version 1.61 becuase it was last updated to 1.61 on Xbox one and there were no further updates bacause of console limitations, but i'm not here about that, i don't understand why if i use could to Play cyberpunk 77 i'm still playing version 1.61, does it have to do with the console version im playing on cloud????
