Magical monitor issue

asking here cause i couldnt find key words to put into google...

recently, my monitor has been doing this thing. if i have both my secondary and primary monitors connected, both dont get detected and receive no signal (and gpu fan doesnt spin; indicating its not even turning on).

but if i disconnect one of them, the monitor left connected will receive signal and the gpu fan spins. and when i plug the other monitor back, the monitor receives signal again and works again.

the problem is that, this happens every single time i boot up. it gets annoying very fast to have to go back and disconnect and reconnect cables every time i boot my pc up.

specs:

• gtx 1650 super
• primary: 1080p75hz, hdmi cable.
• secondary: 1400x900@60hz, vga. using a vga-displayport adapter.
