7-8 weeks post op - non-surgical side in pain

I am in crippling pain now on my NON surgical side. I think I had been compensating and putting too much weight on it without knowing. It now hurts when I pivot on it, when i remove weight from it, and during random movements.

This is making me fear that I have FAI on the non-surgical side too.

Anyone have experience with this? Anyone think that I might not have FAI and it's just tendinitis or something from compensating? I am so afraid I'll need another surgery even though my last one was painless and I've been walking and jogging.
